The first update for Motorola and AT&T’s new Atrix HD is finally rolling out this morning. The folks from Motorola have just issued and detailed their first bug fixer update — and it’s a biggie. This update will bring the 4G LTE HD handset to software version 77.12.22 and along with it is a slew of improvement. More details after the cut.
If you’d like to know more on the Atrix HD you’ll want to take a peek at our Motorola Atrix HD Review. We didn’t find too many problems with the rather impressive budget friendly smartphone, but today they’ve fixed tons of bugs that should only make this smartphone that much better.
The update won’t change your Android version which will still be Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich. Although you can expect improvements to WiFi performance and stability, better battery life, and a much improved camera. They are stating better color reproduction, better low light performance, and a few other things related to the camera. That isn’t all either because the list is quite large.
Below you can see the full changelog listing all the various fixes. They state EA and Gameloft game improvements as well as a slew of other changes. Then as usual the bloatware has been updated and overhauled and you might find a few new AT&T bloatware apps — but that is nothing new. For now the update should be rolling out as we speak and you can find more details at the Moto source below.
